Alantum Europe GmbH (in the following “Alantum”) is part of the Alantum Corporation. This privacy policy will explain how our organization uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website.

What data do we collect?

Alantum collects the following data:

Alantum collects your data so that we can:

  • Process your request
  • Fulfill our contractual obligations.

Personal data will only be made available to other companies of Alantum if and insofar as this is necessary to protect our legal and contractual rights and obligations.

In these cases, we are generally required to safeguard or store data, e.g. for three to ten years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data.

In connection with any processing of personal data by Alantum, all data subjects have the following rights pursuant to Articles 15 to 21 GDPR – within the statutory limits of the member states. Alantum would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

The right to access – You have the right to request Alantum for copies of your personal data.

The right to rectification – You have the right to request that Alantum correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Alantum to complete the information you believe is incomplete.

The right to erasure – You have the right to request that Alantum erase your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that Alantum restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to Alantum’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to data portability – You have the right to request that Alantum transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
